Routes and Recipes

Hi, I’m Shirali, and welcome to my blog, Routes and Recipes!

If you love to travel and you love food, then you’ve come to the right place.

I started this blog because I love to explore new places, and writing diaries was something I enjoyed when I was younger, and now I have this digital space to continue that journey of self-expression. It’s a place where I share my experiences and thoughts with others. Writing here is more than just a interest; it’s a way to express myself and connect with people with similar interests. I like to help others interested in live abroad, looking for travel tips and advice, and simply love cooking.

I am not a professional chef, but I genuinely enjoy to cook, keeping me engaged and active. When I moved to Abroad, I had faced the challenge of balancing a busy life, juggling studies and a part-time job made it difficult to enjoy home-cooked meals. This situation has inspired me to explore quick and easy recipes that fit into my hectic schedule. Through my blog, I also want to share my cooking journey, the recipes I love which are quick , easy and the happiness that comes with preparing delicious meals.

The blog’s main themes; Living abroad, Travel, and Recipes. But of course, you can expect some other good stuff, too, like Self-improvement and a blogging journey. As I started blogging, I have come to find a whole new potential in me. Hence, I also decided to share it here.

About Me

I’m originally from Vadodara, India. After graduating with a B.Sc. in Interior design, I didn’t want to settle in Vadodara as I had a huge desire to study and work abroad. However, I postponed my plans due to covid-19. I worked for two years as an Interior designer before I moved to Canada for further studies. My path toward becoming an interior designer was amazing as I experienced how to work with clients. I worked on a few residential and commercial projects in these two years. I am a recent college graduate doing a corporate job who decided that life is too short to daydream. I wanted to turn my dreams into reality, and that way of thinking led me to pursue things I love.

So, this is all about me.

With love,

Shirali
